Terms of Service

Straightforward terms for a straightforward service.

These terms explain what you can expect from BITXIND and what we ask of you in return - written to be read, not decoded.

Using the service

These terms govern your use of BITXIND to manage local marketing for your business. By creating an account and connecting your platforms, you agree to use the service as described here. You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the activity that happens under your account.

Your accounts and connections

You must have the right to connect the business profiles and social accounts you link, and to authorise marketing activity on them. You keep ownership of those accounts at all times. Disconnecting an account stops the related activity, and you can do so whenever you choose.

Content and approvals

The service generates posts, offers and reply drafts for your business. You can review this content before it publishes, or approve a schedule and let it run. You're responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, and for any specific claims you ask to be included in a promotion.

Local ads and budgets

Where your plan includes simple ad campaigns, you set a budget cap and the service manages spend within it. That cap is a firm ceiling. Ad platforms may apply their own terms and charges, and results naturally vary with your area, timing and market - the service manages the process, it does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Acceptable use

To keep the service safe and fair, you agree not to use it to:

  • Publish unlawful, misleading or deceptive content.
  • Promote a business or offer you are not authorised to represent.
  • Interfere with the service or attempt to access it in unintended ways.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans run on a recurring basis and can be cancelled at any time. When you cancel, posting and ad management wind down, and your connected accounts and listing remain entirely yours. Fees already incurred for a current period are not refunded unless required by law.

Availability

We work to keep the service running reliably, but it is provided on an as-available basis. From time to time, maintenance or factors outside our control may affect availability. We'll act reasonably to restore normal service when that happens.

Liability

The service is provided to help your marketing run smoothly, but to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outcomes that depend on third-party platforms. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be excluded.

Changes to these terms

As the service develops, these terms may be updated so they continue to reflect how it works. The current version will always be available here, and by continuing to use the service you accept the version in effect.
